- 1 cup cup frozen blackberries
- 1 medium banana
- 1½ cup nonfat (skim) milk
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup instant oats
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a blender. Blend for 30 seconds. Stir and then blend for an additional 30 seconds. Serve immediately.
